Sureflo’s mechanised remote-controlled systems can evacuate crude oil pits, sumps, lagoons, and tanks free of accumulated sludge, treat the accumulated sludge by modern mechanized tank cleaning system employing mechanized cleaning & recovery procedure. We set up system/plant at an area identified by client.
After processing the sludge as per processing procedure, the recovered oil from the sludge is pumped out to crude tank/ into the crude header/ slop tank / FO tank as identified by client. Removed solid waste to be transported and dumped in area identified.
The entire
process of sludge evacuation, cleaning & oil recovery is mechanized and
remote controlled. Skimmers, remote controlled hydraulic systems, submersible
robots are flame and explosion proof for refinery environment.
