ROBOTIC PHOSPHORIC ACID TANK SLUDGE REMOVAL

Since Sureflo launched robotic sludge cleaning of phosphoric acid tanks and lagoons, we had the experience of visiting multiple fertilizer plants to introduce our latest remote-controlled robotic sludge removal system from tanks and lagoons. Robotic cleaning eliminates irregular tank cleaning, unsafe and unpractical manual methods of acidic sludge removal.

Irregular cleaning of PA tanks reduces volume of tank due to accumulated sludge. Reduced volume of tanks leads to more frequent imports of Phosphoric acid, in turn leading to more spending on transportation and handling. 

 

In this process, a major volume of acid is lost to absorption by sludge, never to be recovered, adding more losses. Sureflo provides solutions through its robotic tank sludge removal method, involving acidic sludge removal using powerful robots, and a process to recover acid from sludge, separating gypsum and phosphoric acid.

Sureflo - Achieving New Heights

 Sureflo Techcon Private Ltd has taken whole new heights in all these years.

In this year our company has completed more than 35 projects of SS & M.S. fabrications, aeration plants, 64 AVGF / side stream filters of 2 meters dia to 6.7 meters have been fabricated, installed and some being installed at various sites. Furthermore, in this year the R&D has also developed oil water separators and various new models of remote-controlled industrial cleaning robots successfully.

Sureflo AVGFs are being used for industrial water cleaning in cooling towers, drinking water treatment plants and many more water treatment applications, no doubt most EPCs prefer SUREFLO.

Sureflo robots are being used in refineries, power plants and fertiliser plants for various cleaning jobs in tanks, CT basins and in removal and separation of oily sludge, petroleum sludge, ct basin sludge and acidic sludge. These robots are of great satisfaction for maintenance teams, Utility engineers & HSE engineers as these can be operated without any risk of manpower in tanks.

Sureflo retriable aeration plants are now becoming first choice of aeration and water treatment consultants. These aeration plants can be lifted out of basin for maintenance without going through any shutdown.
