Mechanised Crude Oil Sludge Cleaning and Oil Recovery

 Sureflo’s mechanised remote-controlled systems can evacuate crude oil pits, sumps, lagoons, and tanks free of accumulated sludge, treat the accumulated sludge by modern mechanized tank cleaning system employing mechanized cleaning & recovery procedure. We set up system/plant at an area identified by client. 

After processing the sludge as per processing procedure, the recovered oil from the sludge is pumped out to crude tank/ into the crude header/ slop tank / FO tank as identified by client. Removed solid waste to be transported and dumped in area identified.

 

The entire process of sludge evacuation, cleaning & oil recovery is mechanized and remote controlled. Skimmers, remote controlled hydraulic systems, submersible robots are flame and explosion proof for refinery environment.

 

Sureflo Siphon Filter

Sureflo design and manufacture siphon filters (AVGF / SSF) for various water treatment application like drinking water treatment and water polishing, water treatment for cooling towers.

 

Sureflo siphon filter uses sand as filtering media and works on the principal of gravity filtration without any valve, pilot mechanisms, rate controllers, gauges and air compressors. The filter has two compartments, filtering section and wash water storage compartment. During normal operation water gets filtered while traveling across the sand bed. During filtration suspended solids gets accumulated in the filter bed and differential pressure start increasing which causes the water level to rise in the backwash pipe. When the water level reaches the top of the loop, siphon action is activated, and the backwashing begins. Wash water flows from the storage compartment through the sand bed and is discharged through the back-wash pipe. A siphon breaker ends the wash cycle.

Sureflo - Achieving New Heights

 Sureflo Techcon Private Ltd has taken whole new heights in all these years.

In this year our company has completed more than 35 projects of SS & M.S. fabrications, aeration plants, 64 AVGF / side stream filters of 2 meters dia to 6.7 meters have been fabricated, installed and some being installed at various sites. Furthermore, in this year the R&D has also developed oil water separators and various new models of remote-controlled industrial cleaning robots successfully.
