ROBOTIC PHOSPHORIC ACID TANK SLUDGE REMOVAL

Since Sureflo launched robotic sludge cleaning of phosphoric acid tanks and lagoons, we had the experience of visiting multiple fertilizer plants to introduce our latest remote-controlled robotic sludge removal system from tanks and lagoons. Robotic cleaning eliminates irregular tank cleaning, unsafe and unpractical manual methods of acidic sludge removal.

Irregular cleaning of PA tanks reduces volume of tank due to accumulated sludge. Reduced volume of tanks leads to more frequent imports of Phosphoric acid, in turn leading to more spending on transportation and handling. 

 

In this process, a major volume of acid is lost to absorption by sludge, never to be recovered, adding more losses. Sureflo provides solutions through its robotic tank sludge removal method, involving acidic sludge removal using powerful robots, and a process to recover acid from sludge, separating gypsum and phosphoric acid.

Sureflo Unmanned Dredger Systems

 Sureflo Robotics division introduces the first of its type UNMANNED and REMOTELY Controlled Robotic Dredge systems “UR-DS”. Designed and manufactured in India. The UR-DS is capable of removing silt, sludge, ash and other settled solids from reservoirs, lagoons, basins with a pumping capacity of 150 m3/hr. and more.

The remote-controlled dredges UR-DS are ideal solutions for dredging in complex and difficult environments.

·       With minor modifications or addition of accessories, the UR-DS can be used for a wide range of applications from ports, lagoons, basins, ponds, quarries, mines to industrial and municipal basins.
